Booking and Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the trip cost is required to secure your booking. The balance of the payment is due 30 days prior to the trip departure.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to the trip departure, we will refund any payments made minus the non-refundable deposit. If you cancel within 30 days of the trip departure, no refund will be given.

Itinerary Changes:

Snow Lake Adventure Tours reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary if necessary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

Travel Documents and Health Requirements:

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary travel documents, such as a valid passport and any required visas. You must also comply with any health requirements, such as obtaining necessary vaccinations.

INSURANCE
Tourists are encouraged to get insurance that covers cancellation, mishaps, loss or damage of baggage, health emergency, helicopter rescue, and personal belongings. This insurance must be planned yourself directly with your specialists/insurance agency.

BAGGAGE
Each person is entitled to bring 15kg of personal baggage maximum. Any excess stuff postage will be charged additionally.

EXTRA
Extra nights accommodation or transportation is not included in the package, in case of early arrival or late departure, early return from Trekking / Expedition (due to any reason) than the scheduled itinerary, we are not responsible to entertain individuals unless it is a privately booked expedition.

Liability and Responsibility:

Snow Lake Adventure Tours will take all reasonable steps to ensure your safety and comfort during the trip. However, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the trip, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

Code of Conduct:

Snow Lake Adventure Tours expects all clients to behave in a respectful and responsible manner during the trip, including following local customs and protecting the environment. We reserve the right to ask any client who is behaving inappropriately to leave the trip immediately, without any refund.
